Manuscripts must be submitted via email to journal@ipis.pt.
The email should include two documents: one containing the article (without any author information) and the second with the completed author information form (each author must complete the form).
Articles must be original, unpublished, and not currently under consideration by any other journal.
Articles should be written in either Portuguese or English.
Submissions must fall within the scope of the journal.
Contributions should be between 4,000 and 8,000 words (excluding footnotes and references).
Articles must be accompanied by an abstract in both Portuguese and English, with a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 150 words.
Articles must be accompanied by five keywords in both Portuguese and English.
Manuscripts should be submitted in .doc or .docx format.
Authors must be at least master’s students. Manuscripts by undergraduate students or graduates will be accepted if co-authored with faculty members.
Citations should follow the Chicago Manual of Style (17th edition) in footnote format.
The article should be formatted in A4 size with 2.5 cm margins.
The text should be written in Arial, font size 11, with single spacing.
The title of the article should appear at the beginning in both Portuguese and English, in Arial, font size 14, bold.
Below the title, include the abstract and keywords in both languages: first in the language of the article, then in the secondary language.
Section titles should be in Arial, font size 12, bold.
Subtitles should be in Arial, font size 12, italic.
At the end of the article, include a section titled 'References'.
